Tequila Mobile was incepted in 2003 as an independent mobile division of one of the top polish IT & consulting companies - Carrywater Consulting (formerly IT Experts Ltd.). For the past years Tequila Mobile has established direct relations with world's top publishers, media companies and wireless operators worldwide. In 2007 it spinned-off from Carrywater Consulting into a newly formed stock company, Tequila Mobile S.A. headquartered in Wroclaw, Poland. The company is run by the talented team of professionals with a vast experience in the gaming industry.
Successful games, selling worldwide
Tequila Mobile's titles have been launched worldwide with more than 100 wireless operators including: Sprint Nextel and AT&T in the US, Vodafone, Telefonica O2, Hutchison's 3, Orange and T-Mobile in Europe and Smart, Singtel, Smartone and Starhub in Asia amongst many others. Tequila Mobile has been also working with the i-mode operators. A dedicated multiplayer games i-mode channel has been launched with Base in Belgium and with E-Plus in Germany.
Tequila Mobile games are distributed by some of the most quality strict publishers and operators. We started to develop mobile games in early 2003, even before Tequila Mobile brand was born. We were involved in dozens of projects by that time, we have vast experience and know how needed to develop successful games for the very specific platform that mobile is. Using our set of self-developed tools combined in a one of industry's most sophisticated development and porting framework, we are able to cost-effectively deliver first class quality games, in over 10 languages, for more than 750 handsets
Philosophy
Tequila Mobile develops easy to understand and fun to play mobile games that entertain people. We believe that game is not that kind of ordinary product that should be just pushed out for sale not matter if it's good or not. Game has to meet highest expectations and strict standards but the ultimate rule is: game has to be fun, entertaining and “go go addictive”. We say big NO to the crap games!
We believe that by providing highest quality products we take a part in educating people, showing them that mobile games are great way to spend their couple free minutes while waiting for the bus or killing the time on the boring meetings.
We are raising the bar introducing state-of-the-art games that are simply kicking the butts! At Tequila Mobile, we develop easy to pick up, casual and "no-need-to-learn" games that allow to have an instant fun and, great, great and one more time great gameplay - easy but progressive, deep but fun. We are also not afraid of facing the challenges to create something totally new and difficult - like we did it with the SKAT, one of the most complex card games, tremendously popular in German speaking countries.

Professional development and project management
Tequila Mobile has serious and professional approach to the project management which is crucial in developing complex mobile games for the worldwide markets. To be the most effective, we are continuesly improving the way we are managing the games production cycles. Either it is our own game or the game for the third-party publisher - we are delivering product on time and within a scope and confirmed budget.
Most of the Tequila Mobile staff has acquired either CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certificates from PMI (Project Management Institute). We are also using SCRUM methodology in our day to day development process.
Why "Tequila Mobile" name?
The brand name had to be unique, expressive, fun and totally easy going - just like our games. "Tequila Mobile" was the perfect choice! So was the company logo. Cacti looks fun! :) If you think it's not then play our Bungee Desperado to see what we mean.
